Rainy weather is here... yet again. And I hate rain. But this would never stop me from wearing a fashionable outfit! Initially, I just decided to put on this cute dress. But since it was getting cold, I also brought my cropped jacket with me. I love how they worked well together--instant-rugged look! The chain bag and the boots added an extra spice to the look making it leave more than a statement.
