Is It Too Late To Try?

Goody Spin Pins

The weather these days are totally bipolar - half of the day, the sun shines while the other half, the clouds cry. And what do we problem the most when going out having this kind of weather? What to wear. Exactly. So this was the look I came up to do groceries with my aunt. Tried out stripes and checkered together, and played with colors again. I really do enjoy injecting colors into my look! I decided to tie my hair up with the help of the ever reliable, Goody spin pins. I should actually be showing you my footwear, but unfortunately the rain didn't permit me doing such. My Converse sneakers had accidentally taken a bath. Hahahaha!

P.S. What do you usually wear whenever the weather seems to be bipolar, dears?

If I Were A Boy

"If I were a boy
I think I could understand
How it feels to love a girl
I swear I'd be a better man

I'd listen to her
'Cause I know how it hurts
When you lose the one you wanted
'Cause he's taking you for granted
And everything you had got destroyed"

Last Friday, I went for something preppy-boyish look. I borrowed the polo shirt from my brother since I lack good polo shirts in my closet. I just love the combination of colors in this polo - red, blue, and white. To make the look more feminine, I added socks in yellow and wore my trusty brogues. I also did put some quirkiness to the outfit with this cutie patootie Disney watch and glasses. This was my outfit when my friends and I surprised my superbess (read: best-est bestfriend), Anna Corazon Buluran (or simply AC). I will be trying to blog about the surprise we did for my superbess! Oh, shout-out to Zes (thank you for taking my photos!).

P.S. Sorry for posting this late. The Blogger's photo uploader was so slow (or maybe my internet connection was the culprit)!! Anyhow, I hope you love my outfit here, dears! :)

Lately, Aaron and I finally met again! I repeat, finally. We didn't get to see each other for so many days now. This was such a great relief! Well, we had a "little adventure" awhile ago. Lots and lots and lots of "walkathon" (I tell you.)! Hahahaha! We first went to Lawton Post Office. The Fx driver was like a Safeway bus driver. Super bilis! Hahahaha. My head seriously ached the whole time! Before heading to the Post Office, we ate at McDonalds. Oh, how we miss the Chicken Fillet!! At the Post Office, we were instructed (by the accommodating guards) that the Romwe package is at the Quezon City Post Office. Great. But we didn't go there (at Q.C. Post Office) since the place is pretty dangerous. It is a squatters' area so going there is a no-no for us. Maybe, I'll get the package with my dad and grandfather (hopefully by tomorrow!). Since the first plan was unsuccessful, we tried fulfilling the second plan for this day - to get the Unscripted Book at Eastwood. But hey, hindi rin namin na-fulfill 'yun (sigh!) due to lack of taxis and heavy traffic. To still enjoy the day, we just went to Gateway. We had a Taco Bell galore! Yay!!

Now, may I explain the outfit I wore. Aren't the colors so pretty? I love playing with colors! Hihi. This was what I opted to wear to the date. I bet you immediately notice the shirt! So cute, right? Hihi! I love its design!! The shorts here were actually pants before. I just did a DIY to spice it up! I kept my accessories matchy-matchy with my clothes. I used a bag that is in neutral color to balance everything. I love the shade of my socks and so is the design of my shoes! Glam!

P.S. How was your day, dearest readers? Are you finish with your Christmas shopping list? Me, not yet! :(

Hello, dearest readers! I sincerely apologize for not being able to update my blog. Series of hindrances took place. One was during UST Paskuhan 2011 which was held last December 16. I was very confident enough bringing my camera with me but to my surprise, I left the battery at home. I was pissed off with myself that very day. I can't imagine leaving UST with no pictures!! :( I was actually giddy enough to share with you my outfit too (sigh!). And the other one was yesterday. If you are my Twitter follower (if you're not, kindly follow me: @icraveforbliss), you know that I promised to do a new blog post last night but I wasn't able to fulfill that promise. I was not feeling well last night.

What happened was I ,together with my brother and dad, went to church to attend the Simbang Gabi at 8 PM. The church was packed. There were no vacant seats, so we just stood there. During the homily, I became dizzy. Then, I can't barely see. Nagdilim na paningin ko. What I was seeing were pixelated already. I felt hungry that time too. Afterwards, I was perspiring pero malamig ang pawis ko. That was the time when I felt I will collapse in no time. So when I told what I was feeling to my dad, he said we will just finish the homily. I think what made me feel that way were hunger and lack of sleep. I think my blood count gone low also. I need to sleep early, eat healthier foods, and exercise more often.

Now on to the outfit: Everything started with the cute dress from Red Herring. I wore it with a paisley bandeau top from Bershka since I am pretty conservative. Hahaha! I got to wear a coat because I don't want to show more skin and the weather is too cold. I can literally feel the Christmas breeze, don't you? I kept my accessories in a low number and made sure that they blend with my look. I took these shoes from Bass for a walk. I love their details to bits!! Extraordinary. To make my entire look childish, I wore these cutie patootie socks from Hang Ten! Wait, don't you just love how pretty my hairdo is? Thanks to (drum roll please!) Goody Spin Pin! <3

I bought this for myself as an early Christmas gift! I was lusting over this for so many days now. I really want to try its wonders!! So, last Saturday, I did not waste any moment. The saleslady told me that this was running out and will take time on restocking. Thank God I grabbed the last stock!!! And hey, it maybe pricey but every penny is worth it! Goody is really innovative making everything easy. Thank you, Goody!!! :)

P.S. Sorry for this wordy post, dearest readers! Haha. I missed blogging and my beautiful readers!! I hope you missed me too! Chos!
